Leveling Up in World Of Warcraft Mining

On the internet, massive multiplayer role-playing games have been some of the most popular online games for today's generation. They have been played for years with some becoming a hit with several expansions released, while some go down the drain and are forgotten. The World of Warcraft has been one of those that garnered the attention of the public and has been played by millions around the globe.

WoW, as it is famously called, was created by Blizzard Entertainment following the success of its Warcraft strategy game series. It has several expansions including The Burning Crusade, The Wrath of the Lich King, and recently Catalysm. In the game, a player travels the Warcraft universe using his avatar, which can be any of the powerful races and colorful classes, in a third person point of view. Unlike most other games, WoW offers countless hours of exciting adventures and exploration in the massive maps available in the game.

A unique feature is also the profession system which can be developed no matter the race or class of choice. Alchemy, cooking, enchanting, engineering and mining are among those that can be learned to add interest to the game. World of Warcraft mining in particular is an important gathering profession to provide jewel crafters, engineers, and blacksmiths with necessary materials to produce powerful items.

World of Warcraft mining can be a rewarding profession that can be developed to collect rare ores. To be able to successfully level up mining skills, a proper mount, flight paths across maps and appropriate level to easily counter monsters, are required to explore nodes. To level this skill to 65, mining copper is usually adequate. Tin can be mined after this to reach level 125. Silver, which can be found frequently with tin, can also be mined when level 75 is reached. When you have adequate money, smelting silver and bronze bars bought from the auction house can also help reach this level.

With successive leveling, a variety of ores can be easily mined. Gold, mithril, and the rare elementium are among those that can be harvested from nodes across the massive game map. Smelting different ores which can be bought from traders and the auction house can also help speed up the leveling of the mining skill up to level 525.

World of Warcraft mining is just one of the many professions that can be developed in the World of Warcraft game. Being a role-playing game, this gives players a retreat from the real world and allows them to create an alter ego from the different races and classes available in the game. However, as with most role-playing games, this is just an alternative to reality. Skills in the real world should still be the first and foremost to be developed.
